1.1 All purchase prices (unless otherwise stated) shown are exclusive of Australian GST.

2.0 Goods and Services Tax (GST)
2.1 For Australian customers, the appropriate rate of GST will be added when transactions are completed and a Tax Invoice is issued. All goods and services ordered and delivered for export (i.e. outside of Australia) are exempt of the Australian GST. Such orders will not be charged Australian domestic GST.

3.0 Material Goods Order Replacement Policy
3.1 If a clearly identifiable exclusive Australian Bullion Company (Aust) Pty Ltd (ABC) material goods order is delivered to a customer from us in a damaged condition, then ABC, will provide a replacement for those material goods only when the damaged goods have been returned to ABC. ABC will not be responsible for insurance, packaging, freight, postage or any cartage costs for returned material goods, but will not charge or collect any further packaging, freight, postage or cartage costs for delivery of any replacement goods. All damaged claims must be accompanied by customer proof of purchase documentation from ABC.

4.0 Material Goods Refund Policy
4.1 Once a purchase has been made and paid for and material goods have been delivered to a customer in good condition, there will be no eligibility for any customer to receive any refund whatsoever. Dislike or dissatisfaction with any goods ordered or purchased will not be accepted as or constitute grounds to receive a refund whatsoever.

5.0 Guarantees and Warranty Limitations for Training Courses
5.1 No guarantee or warranty is made or implied with respect to outcomes for any training course or associated service offered, with the exception of delivering to meet any specification published prior to date of training course commencement or delivery.

6.0 Refunds Applicable to Training Courses/Programs and Associated Services
6.1 Once training course and associated service delivery has commenced, then no refunds (partial or in total) will be available whatsoever.
