The American Silver Eagle is the official silver bullion coin of the United States and has been produced annually since 1986. The obverse carries Adolph A. Weinman’s Walking Liberty, first used on the half dollar in 1916, while the reverse features a bald eagle, redesigned in 2021 by Emily Damstra to show an eagle coming in to land with an oak branch.
